Born in October 1979 in Xinzhou, Shanxi, Ph.D. in Physical Education, associate professor, master tutor. She received a bachelor's degree from Shanxi Normal University in 2002, a master's degree from Taiyuan University of Technology in 2008, and a doctorate from Shanxi University in 2020. She is currently working at the College of Physical Education in Taiyuan University of Technology.

Ms. He has published more than 10 academic articles, 1 professional book，hostedand participated in more projects of the Ministry of Education, Provincial and School Level. She lectures on the undergraduate course "Sports Dance" and the graduate course "Sports Research Paper Writing", and participates in the teaching of the core course "Sports Research Methodology" of multi-teacher cooperation. She has won 5 academic research awards, was selected as the outstanding young talent of Shanxi Province's "Three Prominent Talents" Support Program in 2019, and participated in "Construction and Practice of Traditional Sports Fitness Course in Engineering Colleges Based on Inheritance of Excellent Culture”, because of which she won the first prize of Shanxi Teaching Achievements.
